TWNTech Unveils Wireless HDMI Solution

Taiwan’s TWNTech International is offering a Wireless HDMI solution, TWNT-WH5G. The goal for TWNT-WH5G is to bring the benefits of digital technology to home life. Wireless HDMI delivers a plugand-play method of extending audio/video wirelessly at a frequency of 5GHz, at up to 30 meters in distance, with a perfect replication of high definition visuals, and full digital and analog audio support for connection of HDTV sources Featuring a performance unimpeded by line-of-sight operations, source signals are capable of being transmitted through walls to accommodate multiple room installations. 
 
Wireess transmission speeds are achieved up to 300Mbps, supporting even the most stringent demands of HD Video.TWNT-WH5G features cross-room coverage at the IEEE 802.11n standard, a mature wireless technology supporting a PHY rate of 300Mbps(2T/3R). Wireless HDMI supports HDTV transmission at resolutions up to 1920x1080.
